Terms of Service
Last updated August 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of PepMe — a peptide protocol tracker, reconstitution calculator, journal, and bloodwork log operated by Oppy Group ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using PepMe in any form, you agree to these terms.
What PepMe is — and isn't
PepMe is a math and logging tool. It does the arithmetic for you (compound concentration, dose volume, syringe-fill percentage), it keeps a record of what you've taken and when, and it organises your journal and bloodwork in one private place.
PepMe is not a medical device, not a pharmacy, not a prescriber, and not a substitute for professional medical care. We do not recommend doses. We do not recommend compounds. We do not interpret your bloodwork in the medical sense — pattern notes are descriptive, not prescriptive. Decisions about your health belong to you and your clinician.
The calculator operates on the numbers you enter. Garbage in, garbage out — verify every result against another source before you act on it. If you're new to reconstitution math, learn it from a clinician before using this app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use PepMe. By creating an account, you confirm both. We do not knowingly serve users under 18; we delete underage accounts on discovery.
PepMe is intended for personal, individual use. Don't create an account on someone else's behalf, and don't share your account with anyone.
Your account
You're responsible for your account credentials. Don't share your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, change your password and email [email protected] immediately.
You can sign in with an email + password, with Google, or with Apple. If you sign in with an identity provider, the terms of that provider also apply to that authentication step.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use PepMe to harm yourself or others.
- Use PepMe to encourage, instruct, or sell controlled substances to others.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent who you are.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission.
- Scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from the service.
- Probe for vulnerabilities, except by responsible disclosure to [email protected].
- Use the service to break any applicable law.
Your content
Your protocols, journal entries, photos, and bloodwork remain yours. You grant PepMe a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, display, and process your content solely to deliver the service to you (and, when you explicitly trigger them, to feed AI synopses on your behalf — see the next section). We do not use your content to train AI models that don't serve you, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not sell it.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you log. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
AI features
PepMe uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate short summaries of your recent activity (journal trend synopses) and pattern notes on your bloodwork. These run only when you trigger them; they don't run continuously in the background.
AI summaries are not medical advice. Treat them as a directional signal at best. The model can be wrong, miss context, or pattern-match incorrectly. Verify anything that affects your health decisions with a qualified clinician.
Per Anthropic's enterprise terms, content sent to their API is not used to train Anthropic's foundation models.
Reconstitution and dosing
The reconstitution calculator computes volumes from numbers you enter — compound mass, BAC water volume, target dose, syringe scale. It does not validate that those numbers are appropriate for your health, your protocol, or any compound. It does not recommend a dose. The "U-100 / U-50 / U-40" selector tells you how to read a value on three common insulin-syringe scales; it doesn't tell you which syringe to use or which dose is safe.
If you don't know how to verify reconstitution math against another source, do not use this app to dose anything.
Bloodwork
PepMe accepts marker values you enter manually or via PDF parsing. Reference and optimal ranges are user-editable; we don't validate them and we don't certify them as clinically correct. Pattern notes describe what we see in your data — not what you should do about it. Bloodwork interpretation is a job for your clinician.
Health-source integrations
If you connect Withings, Apple Health, or Health Connect, we read only the categories you authorise. You can disconnect any source at any time from You → Health sync; the link drops, and we stop pulling new data. Existing values you've already chosen to retain stay in your account until you delete them.
Subscriptions and billing
The reconstitution calculator is free, no account required. The full feature set — journal, protocol log, bloodwork labs — requires a paid subscription after a 30-day trial (no card required up front). One subscription tier: $8/month or $80/year.
If your subscription lapses, your account remains readable and exportable — you never lose access to what you've logged. You just can't create new entries until you renew.
- Stripe processes your payment. Their terms apply to that transaction. We don't store your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time from You → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.
- We don't issue refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law (e.g. 14-day EU cooling-off period for digital subscriptions).
- Prices in the app are inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from You → Delete account. Deletion is final after the 30-day grace period described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform, or if we're required to by law. Where the issue isn't severe and time permits, we'll let you know first.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, secure, or accurate. We make no warranty that the calculator, AI summaries, pattern notes, or any other output of the service will be free of errors. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Oppy Group, its affiliates, or its team be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
You assume all risk for decisions you make based on information from PepMe. We are not responsible for health outcomes related to compounds you take, doses you choose, or protocols you follow.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oppy Group, its affiliates, and its team from any claim, loss, liability, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. For material changes — anything that meaningfully affects your rights or obligations — we'll notify you by email and surface a note in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use PepMe after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Past versions are available on request.
