Dulaglutide is a long-acting GLP-1 receptor agonist administered once weekly. Trial records describe its investigation across a range of conditions including obesity without diabetes, ectopic fat deposition in chronic kidney disease, severe intracranial atherosclerosis, cystic fibrosis-related glucose intolerance, type 2 diabetes mellitus (including in paediatric/adolescent populations with transfusion-dependent thalassemia), and as a comparator or reference arm in studies of novel GLP-1-based agents.
