Get a reminder when each dose is due

Each compound has a schedule of days and times. PepMe reminds you on your phone when one is due, or by email if you don't have the app on a phone.

Steps

1Open the Plan tab. On a compound, tap Set a schedule (or the Next row to change one).
2Pick the days and times you take it. For a weekly dose, pick one day.
3To check reminders reach you, open You, then Notifications, and tap Send a test notification.
